Poshmark || Live Show Producer & Host • Created a business model and fashion community that has almost 200K followers on a single Poshmark page, based on a strictly part-time schedule. • Schedule and create live buying and selling experiences that allow users to connect with the Poshmark community, Brands and eco-friendly resources. • Creatively write and craft stories, ideas for chat, item descriptions, and customer experiences. • Collaborate with other Poshmark Influencers to post, resell or post their items during a live show. • Research and feature strategically chosen themes and listings, based on items that are selling at that current hour, such as jewelry, athletics, summer or winter wardrobes, etc. • Personally shop each item based on brand, influencer style, “reusability/ sustainability” and shelf-life. • Multitask by working a 3-device set up. Camera for live show, music, and tablet for posting and responding to live chat and auction bids.

• Strategically cast singers, comedians, aerialists, dancers, magicians, kids and variety acts for the show. • Collaborated with Senior Producers to pitch timelines, logistics, story chat and acts for the show. • Edited tape packages for pitch meetings, while simultaneously casting new talent through open calls, submissions and topical stories. • Partnered with creative teams such as music producers, digital producers and additional story producers to ensure the best delivery of our contestants.

- Partnered with a team of five producers to develop and present compelling storylines, logistics, and performances for the hour-long live special. - Spearheaded casting and produced 16 human-interest guests within a two-week timeframe, showcasing the ability to work under pressure. - Facilitated strong collaboration between production and stakeholders, resulting in a positive increase in feedback and partnership opportunities with iHeart Radio executives and P&G stakeholders. - Ensured a seamless production by coordinating travel, streamlining legal and show documents, as well as discussing storylines for all human-interest guests. - Provided briefings to our host, Jojo Siwa, about the human-interest guests who would appear on the show.
