I represented CID Entertainment in the VIP department as Platinum Staff. Gather and create merchandise gift bags, welcome/check-in VIP guests, and escort guests on the festival site.

I set up artist trailers with perfect hospitality and all of their requests. I escorted artists to and from their trailers to stages, and to media coverage tents. I received and delivered any last minutes 'requests' as a runner.

As a Personal Assistant I performed numerous duties. I screened phone calls, organized and maintained schedules and appointments, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff, carried out specific projects, and also involved in decision-making processes.

My responsibilites as the Lodging Coordinator included the following: Create room blocks at hotels/condos/houses, assign rooms to attending crew and artists, check-in guests, and receive and return keys to management companies after departure.
