● Lead Post PA for the night shift pre­-VTRs, point of contact for the Leads on day shift ● Logged, transcribed, and binned hundreds of hours of reality footage in Avid Media Composer, pulling selects for producers and editors ● Assisted AE’s with nightly duties including up­rezzing media, managing bays, and coordinating media drops

● Traveled with the production team on culls, VTR’s, and live shows, coordinating truck loads and maintaining upkeep on show storage facilities at home base ● Point of contact for crowd and contestant information to Executive and Supervising Producers, and Production Managers ● Managed holding rooms for thousands of contestants, friends and families, supervising a team of 15+ new PA’s in each city ● Coordinated audition room uptime to allow for large scale crowd shots, while maintaining flow of auditions and avoiding meal penalties for my team ● Managed the Front of House during VTR’s, attending to Executive Producers, Network and Production Executives
