Manage & oversee all aspects of the autograph department including a team of managers, Assistant Managers, and a 15-30 member sales staff. Process talent contracts and create company wide summaries. Manage the sales & business operations of the autograph area. Serve as the business contact for all talent representation.

Attended to the needs of voiceover actors Maurice LaMarche (Futurama, Pinky & The Brain), Rob Paulsen (Jimmy Neutron, Pinky & The Brain), Fred Tatasciore (The Hulk, Mass Effect) and J. Michael Tatum (Borderlands 2). Served as business representative for Talent and contact for convention ownership. Managed celebrity handlers and oversaw all autograph & photograph sales. Ensured talent remained on schedule and escorted to all convention events.

Manage line flow and safety for Autograph Area, upwards of 40,000 attendees. Provide customer service including; resolving attendee issues, accommodating special needs attendees, enforcing celebrity interaction policies, and ensuring excellent experiences. Attend to the needs of celebrity guests including: Carrie Fisher (Star Wars), Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead), Jack Gleeson (Game of Thrones), and many others.

Drove Talent, Producers, & Crew on multi-location shoot. Assisted with loading & unloading equipment. General set help as needed.

Attended to the needs of voiceover actor Jim Cummings (voice of Disney’s Pooh & Tigger). Conducted all autograph & photograph sales and tracking. Ensured talent remained on schedule and escorted to all convention events.

Assisted with the management of the front gate for 2016 Bradenton Blues Festival. Upwards of 3,000 attendees. Oversaw staff of 10 in greeting attendees, credential distribution, and insuring excellent customer experiences. Attend to customer service issues, resolved ticket scanner issues, and managed media passes.
