Acting as the right-hand to the First AD, I was responsible for preparing the daily call sheets and distributing them to the cast and crew. As well as, but not limited to, ensuring that talent was addressed by HMU and Wardrobe in a timely fashion, and were on set by their designated call time. I was also tasked with keeping eyes on our 'wandering' Director during breaks.
