-Assist stage manager by managing scripts for talent during live show -Log and transcribe interviews ingested from junkets, events, award shows, premieres etc. -Edit and export transcribed content into iNews, in addition to using the program to find shoot information -Transfer snapchats and instagrams to TOC to be ingested for daily liveshow -Sort, organize and screen tapes from mezzanine library to be digitized for program -Complete all other tasks and assignments given by media assistants, news assistants, directors and producers

● Support department executives and assistants by providing desk coverage when needed ● Work closely with executives and assistants on administrative tasks ● Research new ideas and casting for new characters in specific regions and content spaces ● Assist with internal development, production meetings, internet research, and attend local shoots ● Track competitive network development and send out biweekly competitive grids

● Helped pitch, develop and produce shows and segments for unscripted team ● Updated master grid of talent to help streamline casting process ● Participated in weekend reads and provided feedback on the pitches sent to us ● Sit in on weekly meetings with different clients to try and come up with new original concepts for segments/shows etc.

● Conducted pre-productio n research for Food Feed, Backstage Dia ries, and YH On The Go shows ● Worked directly with Director of Talent Relations to book new talent for in-studio shoots ● Helped prepare and execute in studio shoots, as well as kept up with studio maintenance ● Cut footage for Live.ly segments and slated/took shoot notes during in-studio shoots ● Occasional social media management for snapchat during set visits and concerts
