Worked with field producer to ensure that our episode content was delivered on time and under budget. Supervised construction teams and designers in the field and created shoot schedules based on needs of the project. Supervised b-cam shooter and the production assistant, and created and managed their schedules in the field. Handled production expenses, prop shopping, travel planning, and managing the talent.

Scouted locations within a 2-hour radius of Nashville for use on the show. Met potential talent and evaluated their locations based on their personal collections and appropriateness for the show. Measured, created walk-through videos, and delivered a detailed questionnaire for producers re the venue. Facilitated communication between talent and production.

Drove a cast member from Memphis area to New Orleans and P.A.ed for shoot on Bourbon Street with Preservation Hall Jazz band and in various other New Orleans area neighborhoods/venues. Assisted with lighting/gaffing, then drove cast member back to Memphis.

Loaded in and out of venues, banked out petty cash to crew, logged receipts and expenditures, constructed set pieces, set up and broke down production office, ran errands around town, facilitated spectator releases, shopped for and maintained crafty and riders, problem-solved for L.A.-based production coordinator and production managers.

Key P.A.-- viewed and edited training videos, helped with script development for updating the series, scouted locations, procured proper permits and helped with casting of actors. Helped create and monitor shot list and mapped out the shoot based on locations to ensure proper use of our filming time.

Gear pickups and returns, location scouting, assisting with setup and breakdown of lighting/grip equipment, driving talent and crew to and from locations, meal pickups, assisting with b-roll.

Scouted locations along the banks of the Mississippi appropriate for a campout for four teens. Film has an "outside-of-time" feel. Handled permits and dealt with venue owners to accommodate filming around their properties. Dealt with EPA and wildlife agencies. Drove director on a scout to provide locations for b-roll.

Assisted wardrobe department-- steamed/ironed clothing, present at fittings to measure and log details, helped maintain an organized wardrobe trailer, brought clothing to set, collected wardrobe at the end of day to make sure it was cleaned/pressed by call time, took photos of actors to determine looks, etc.

Scouted locations with director of author interviews to be filmed in authors' hometowns and shown on amazon.com alongside author profile. Took photos, logged map coordinates, spoke with property owners to ensure cooperation with our shoot, scouted locations for b-roll and pickup shots.

Managed the green room and got talent to and from stage and rehearsals in a timely manner. Ordered all meals, oversaw the scheduling of rehearsals, escorted talent down the red carpet and through press before event, managed contacts, liaised with production to make sure talent received notes, etc.

Prepared artist trailers according to rider specifications, worked with production to ensure all artist needs were met, coordinated meals for the backstage crew, helped maintain an organized and efficient backstage area at a large music festival on the Mississippi river.

Helped implement and execute targeted marketing strategies for film promos during March Madness. Handled giveaways, social media activity, and crowd control. Worked with marketers to provide audiovisual documentation of events and used knowledge of the area to maximize the impact of our events.

Worked as a P.A. on a series of industrial films produced by BCBS. Ran errands, helped manage locations, and did a little script supervising training on-the-job.

Child wrangler during Evita nat'l tour's local stops. Provided child supervision and observed all rehearsals. Kept to the schedule and provided for the children's needs per union laws and rider.

Worked with Vice President of Development to build summer programming including all educational outreach, fundraiser planning, and creating live event lineup for two summers. Helped run live events and problem-solved to accommodate needs of artists and production staff.
