Responsible for logistics, schedules, and budget while in the field. Closely worked with line producer back in LA and the producer in the field to ensure everything ran smoothly in the field. Researched locations for filming, and was responsible for the location once in the field. All pcard and cash reconciliations.

From casting talent to producing talent for the show. Found various types of talent for a talent competition show. Walked potential contestants through casting process. Once on the show, worked with contestants on their talent acts, keeping them in line with safety protocols and time constraints. During filming kept everyone on schedule to maintain smooth work flow.

Worked from casting all the way through filming of the show. When casting had to search for talent through various social media outlets and find creative ways to find specific talent that network was looking for. In production walked contestants through all the different stages of pre production, maintained the network vision for the show while allowing each contestant to showcase their individual talents. Assisted the supervising producer with judges, tracking their commentary through each episode to ensure they stayed on narrative.

From casting through production assisted the EP and the producing team with casting the season for the show, even having to recast half the cast during the pandemic. Created story points for each singer and shot background packages for each singer. Guided singers through rehearsals with ever changing creatives. On filming days tracked panel commentary for post.

Helped the production manager and line producer run the set. Managed credit card expenses. Planned and booked flights fro production. When production was traveling I was responsible for getting all the releases signed (location, logo, personal) and posting blanket releases in locations being shot at.
