I worked at Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas for eight years on the media team. I started out knowing only how to operate a camera and eventually worked my way up into the associate producer position. I oversaw over 30 employees and volunteers so that we could run a smooth show. The people I managed included camera ops, graphic ops, iris controllers, and the assistant director. Above me, I answered to the Director and head Producer. For them, I managed the things that needed to be managed in order to run the show and not conflict with their highly demanding jobs.
Summary
I am a dedicated employee who has been a media specialist for over 8 years. Beyond that, I had a stint as a foreign breaking news writer for the New Historian. I am also a freelance writer, editor, and administrative assistant.
