Assist the Production Designer, Art Director, Set Decorator, and Art Coordinator in a variety of capacities, including but not limited to; maintaining a log of Art Dept. expenses, reconciling petty cash, assembling and distributing a variety departmental script breakdowns. Sourcing, making, and preparing some items for use on the show. Running errands and working with vendors.

Coordinate with Set Decorator, Leadman, and Set Dressing crew to facilitate packing, cataloging, and labeling all set decoration for storage during hiatus.

Aid Set Decorator with a variety of administrative tasks, including; Creating and maintaining a log of expenses and generating cost reports. Distributing set lists and page breakdowns. Cataloging set photos. Sourcing, making, and preparing items for use on the show. Running errands. Working with vendors.
