[2-month contract position] Booking travel, answering and fielding phone calls, sorting and distributing mail, runs, picking up crew lunch, restocking crafty and fulfilling crew requests, cleaning, inputting receipts, and assisting in office with whatever tasks are needed.

Typical production assistant duties, which include runs, driving cargo and production mini van, setup up walkies, and working with the production coordinator to ensure set is going smoothly. Also worked with Grip & Electric to ensure lighting equipment was built and brought to set, while maintaining the gear in the cargo van in an orderly and neat fashion.

Office management duties such as restock supplies, answer phones, follow-up with clients and services, ensure set is running smoothly, take messages, direct calls to the appropriate person requested, and move desks around to ensure maximum allotted space for incoming hires. Be the first point of contact in the production office to direct people to where they need to go and answer any questions they have. Perform administrative duties, write and distribute call sheets, arrange rehearsal quarters, and set up conference rooms and video feed if necessary.  Create POs using FileMaker Pro and make deals with vendors while maintaining those relationships with them.

Day-playing for various shoot days in LA. Helping out with multiple errands to support on set producers and ensure the flow of the set is well. Rate: $126/12
