Negotiated production budgets and managed a minimum of five projects as lead Production Manager for multi-episodic productions on Investigation Discovery, American Heroes Channel, Destination America, and Velocity networks. Supported projects for three Production Managers and compiled project materials for an average of 80 projects across multiple networks. Drafted and finalized contract exhibits, including reviewing production schedules, payment schedules, program deliverables, and obtaining Network EP and Programming approval. Reviewed interim and final cost reports and discussed any variances with the Production Manager. Tracked contractual milestones to ensure they are met in a timely manner and submit for payment to producer once milestones are met. Provided updated information to all parties regarding program delivery dates, technical evaluation results, and receipt of final program materials.
