Started from Day 1 receiving the show bible and collaborating with the showrunners and creators on style/tone, budget, and timelines. Create vision boards and supply lists for each location. Attended location scouts to catalog, photograph, and measure all data possible. Order furniture and props for each set, excel documents and create 3D models to share with rest of art department and production to stay organized through all of the production. Return all lightly used props/furniture. Organized purchase orders, receipts, and product tags as well as o-camera props and art supplies. Provide segment producers with breakdowns of all available art supplies such as cutlery, candles, cleaning equipment, towels, napkins, etc. Photography and catalog all finished sets in the event of reshoots. Enjoy leftover cake and wine with the art department afterward.
