I handled all aspects of the accounting department: clerk, production accountant, payroll, reporting to the producers, closing out books

All aspects of accounting: AP, AR, setting up payroll, setting up TX Film Incentive, working with Production on assuring all proper paperwork and filing

I set up the budget, chart of accounts, payroll, all paperwork filing/management, general AP/AR entries, check requests, petty cash, and all aspects of the books. Also I taught the director a few things about how to handle film incentive items.

I worked w/the Production Accountant to set up the Chart of Accounts & budget, & process check requests, credit card usage, petty cash, & all accounting throughout the production. I also managed the Texas Film Commission reporting requirements and protocols, and oversaw details to do with creating the incentive package.
