Managed main stage for event attracting 20,000+ attendees. Coordinated all contestants back stage for their on stage performance. Assigned contestant numbers, collected signed agreements, lined up contestants in a logical manner to keep run of show flowing.

Planned a detailed festival logistical plan for 150 vendors on site at Pride St. Louis Festival. Plotting all vendors on festival footprint. Laid out all electrical needs for festival and coordinated with electrical vendor. Worked directly with City special events department, Police, Fire, Emergency Management to ensure a smooth logistical plan.

Keep live entertainment talk radio show on schedule with the show clock. Book in studio for interviews. Cue and screen all callers to the studio. Produce a weekly music news segment & special assignment segments for live on air read. Segment includes upcoming new artists, music news, music rankings, etc.

Music & Entertainment Director for Pride St. Louis Festival held in June 2012 & June 2013. Festival draws 85,000-90,000 patrons annually. Arrange line up, contract with national & regional entertainers. Negotiate contracts with production companies & talent agents. Mange two stages with more than 35 performances in two days. Out Music Awards filmed December 2012 at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. Responsibilities included coordinating talent and ensuring each was in place for their set or award presentation. Coordinated with talent producer and stage manager to ensure show ran smooth/timely and on pace with script. Supervised 20 plus production assistants.
