- Conduct auditions nationwide and select over 400 show participants per season - Organize episode structure and write voice over/bumpers for each show - Create daily promotions used by the network to advertise episodes airing - Arrange talent travel and transportation needs for all participants and guest talent - Participate in pre-production creative meetings (scene & prop planning) - Produce special biography segments, music videos, commercial integrations
