Ingesting all media from drives received from field into a 23.98 fps AVID project. Syncing and Sub clipping of all clips with corresponding ISO audio. Labeling of all clips and subclips. Creation of a 30i/NTCSC Avid project to bring all synced and sorted footage into. Create screeners with TC burnins and cutdowns for producers. Complete broll, audio graphics and finishing passes on episodes for editors.

Travel with field crew to accommodate on site ingesting. Backing up all media and sending a copy back to the post/ production house in NYC. Occasionally assisting on set when the situation allowed.

Ingesting and prepping footage from 6 cameras and 3 audio bags. Often different scenes to a sync map with overlapping timecode. ISO audio tracks separated via wave agent. Troubleshooting ingest problems. Keeping organized system of media to make it easy to find.

◦ Coordinate and receive tapeless media hard drives from DIT, and organize/ print notes for Story Producers ◦ Archive all C300 and GoPro camera original, ensuring data redundancy at all times across multiple RAID volumes ◦ Ingest, sync, and log all A/B roll footage in 23.98 Avid Media Composer project, with work double-checked each day ◦ Create and compress OTF sequences for transcription, as well as export before/ after build images to animation vendor ◦ Provide Story Producers with all per-episode Avid MediaFiles as well as the converted 23.98>59.94 Avid sequences ◦ Assist Editors in locating specific clips, and create content string-outs for Editors and Story Producers as requested

• Arrive on time and alert with ample time to set up gear • Film action with constant precision from beginning to end • Upload footage to FTP to be handed off for any editing • Have open communication with employer to give status updates such as start, end, etc. • Backup all video and audio captured whenever possible • Collect any and all necessary paperwork from clients before leaving location

I worked with a group of two other interns from pre-production to post-production on the creation of six weekly videos over a six week period that explored how Diedre Moire functions as a recruiting firm and what it is that puts their firm above the rest.

On this set I assisted with set design, slating, client relations and gathering of materials. I worked alongside the director, ad, dp, ac, lighting designer and the rest of the cast in crew in a collaborative manner.
