Article relevant video content selected to be attached to the most popular articles on TripSavvy, SpruceCo. Creation of video thumbnails using Getty, Brightcove, and Photoshop.

Production assistant for call back auditions in front of celebrity judges. Assisted in load in days setting up P.O. office, runner for various department needs and crafty for a large crew, assisted in audition days as a floater taking on many roles.

Production Assistant on set for fashion music video with director Jun Diaz. Tasks included walkie distribution, set runs, crafty set-up, talent wrangling, and on hand for set assistance and breakdowns.

Recruiting prospective talent at popular 2 day cake decorating contest, to participate on a NEW Baking Competition TV Show. Involved flyering, scouting baking talent, and encouraging sign ups for a follow up interview.

Promoting the NY open casting call to local cooking classes and approaching potential talent to sign up in advance for an appointment. Involved research on culinary schools in the area, cold calling, and visiting during working hours to touch base.

Production Assistant for the audition check-in team. In charge of keeping auditions running smoothly, and orderly. Coordinating the flow of auditioners and placing them in rooms with producers.

Duties included helping crew load/unload gear, setting up competition rooms with signage, assisting with release forms, general productions needs, and bringing talent with their families to producers rooms for auditions and interviews. Being bilingual essential for communicating with attendees and crew.

On set PA and talent releaser. Assisted load in /out, shot set ups, crafty orders, set lock down.

Coordinating with creative staff and video department with pre production. Booking studio space, in-house equipment, and camera operator. Invoicing freelancers, calendar updates, daily call-sheets. "Sports Verdict" and “Jukebox Jury"- In charge of recruiting 5 sports or music knowledged online participants per episode, coordinating the google hangout candidate pre-screenings, shoot day support in the control room and google hangout. "Out All Night" - Research on New York City destinations and social media data research for drafting show scripts. In charge of recruiting, pre-screening, and releasing on camera interviewees on location.
