21st Century Fox | Fox Digital Studio - Foster and maintain strong relationships with creative talent (especially writers and directors), as well as agents, managers, and others. - Research potential new projects and ideas, stay informed of upcoming new talent/writers/directors, and regularly bring in new material. - Provide creative feedback or coverage to executives and participate in all creative meetings including reviews of dailies and rough cuts. - Manage and track numerous ongoing productions simultaneously and coordinate with outside production companies to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. - Oversee production tasks to varying degrees on a case-by-case basis, i.e.: creation of production schedules and call sheets, renting of equipment, filing of production expense reports or invoices, travel and securing locations for shoots, coordinating insurance certificates and appearance releases, shipping/receiving production deliverables, and vetting and hiring crew/talent. - Solicit pitches from talent and read all incoming submissions received by the department (i.e. treatments, scripts, etc.). - Create or collaborate on pitch decks, treatments, and other presentation materials used for show development—and work on similar decks and presentation materials for sales and sponsorship purposes, too. - Collaborate with Production and Post-Production teams to provide continued, hands-on support for projects as they transition out of development and into production and maintain an up-to-date database of studio-approved assets and deliverables, for press kits appropriate for third party use. Check in with production regularly to ensure all materials received meet technical specifications, as well as creative parameters, and coordinate with them to troubleshoot various delivery issues as needed. - Coordinate with senior executives and studio legal department to oversee contract execution once a project is approved, and troubleshoot any issues or questions that arise for the duration of production. - Manage a team of in-house Production Assistants to oversee administrative support for the department, and delegate tasks and assignments. - Plan and oversee various events such as screenings or premieres, internal media reviews, client/vendor meetings, or other presentations. Work closely with Marketing to organize press releases for upcoming projects, and to schedule panels or interviews for studio executives and talent. - Proficient in use of Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Drive Apps, DropBox, and more.
