Assisted the Lead Producer with negotiations for key talent Mo'Nique and Isaiah Washington including travel & stay accommodations. General office duties, filing, responsible for deal memos, call sheets, union contracts, filing and submitting all Union paperwork.

Responsible for location scouts, assembling casting session, insurance, support key departments needs, arranged pick-up and drop-offs regarding vendors, and dealing with the overall comfort of on-camera talent in regards to minors and parents.

Assisted in the organization of the Red Carpet Premiere by assembling all talent's comp tickets, event security, obtaining insurance, email correspondence regarding general needs of the Screening as well as the location, Writers Guild of America.

Coordinating the delivery of final delivery elements, scheduling and managing the administration of the department including post-production accounting and final delivery paperwork, organizing final post-production related documents.

Assisted with film screenings, organized sponsor's private tents and vendors delivery drop-offs. As well as escorting all guests including nominees to the award tent, VIP areas for gifting suites, and breaking down production offices and overall cleanup.

Assisted with assembling appropriate crew including solidifying a strong director for the films sensitive subject matter. Providing support to all cast and crew to insure everyone was operating at their highest creative level allowing their focus to be free of restrictions.

Arranging development meetings, hiring of potential crew, negotiating with location and vendors. Assisting with callsheets, production schedules, and key crew's overall budgetary needs.
