Nina Sinclair

As the associate producer I'm responsible for coordinating and updating the PA's and actors on the project. I'm also making arrangements for equipment drop off and pick up with all vendors. In addition, I'm reaching out to various corporate sponsors to solicit donations for the shoot.

In this position I assist Producer and Casting Director, Valerie McCaffrey, with feature film promotions, updating our actors’ database for future casting calls, and writing script coverages. In addition, I have worked in their talent management department submitting pitches for clients to various casting directors.

I assisted in creating marketing materials for upcoming production projects. I ran through lines with actors and did various administrative tasks. I served as the point person for all staff during the premiere run of the play.

While on set I helped coordinate catering and crafty for crew and talent. I also helped with set design to ensure continuity while shooting. And throughout the shoot I assisted the producers and directors with various tasks as needed.

I was solely responsible for all catering and craft services for the crew and talent. I also distributed and handled confidential paperwork for the crew. In addition, throughout the shoot I assisted the producer, directors, and talent with various tasks through the shoot.
