- Collaborated with the design team on artwork improvements -Worked directly with Marketing, Public Relations and all Off-Air Materials for participating affiliates - Managed affiliate marketing’s monthly promotions as well as all public relations’ creative promotional requests including clips, media alerts, e-vites, press mailers, digital banners, promos, thumbnails, and print materials. -Managed all social media graphic images before they were launched on their corresponding pages - Provided production support to producers by liaising between marketing, content distribution, PR, and digital to ensure all needs are met. - Worked with vendors on projects to relay project briefs, needs and revisions to help project move smoothly and maintain schedule. - Responsible for initiating print, digital, and video project requests by receiving and reviewing creative briefs, assigning a project numbers, creating and populating the project folder on the shared drive, and distributing requests to the appropriate creative teams -Managed the monthly affiliate cross channel and barker TV spots by working closely with Partner Marketing to populate requests grid and collect outstanding assets; liaise with the video and motion graphics teams to ensure the creative reflects approved affiliate requests; QC and deliver the 25– 35 spots to marketing and various partner ftp’s, media buy ftp’s, and VOD. -Also responsible for on boarding the producer for the Spanish monthly cross channel. - Maintain an Off-Air team calendar and delivery grid populated with active project benchmarks and keep info on all deliverables up to date - Wrap projects by filing final project assignment forms, submitting music cues into the Q system, and reporting spot kill dates - Oversaw ordering of various printed materials
