• Coordinated with various production personnel including Line Producer, UPM, ADs, and department heads to ensure Showrunners’ vision is realized and production is managed responsibly. Bridged the gap between Los Angeles creative team and production unit. • Facilitated effective communication between VFX team and shooting crew to adhere to the budget and relayed pertinent information to the director, optimizing efficiency by aligning shooting decisions with VFX requirements. • Generated and distributed a daily Set Report, ensuring that the Showrunners were aware of filming progress, script changes, production issues, and other necessary information • Created and managed the distribution of TWD Universe Guide. Worked with CCO of THE WALKING DEAD Universe and, as the season progressed, updated it with new mythology notes, timeline changes, costume and prop breakdowns, and any tropes to avoid. • Advised incoming Directors of the rules of TWDU as well as those specific to FEAR THE WALKING DEAD. Collaborated with Directors during prep to familiarize them with previous episodes’ plot and tone. • Acted as the liaison on set to help maintain a consistent environment between Director, Writers, and Actors as script revisions were released. Kept an open dialogue in real time to resolve any script issues that would arise. • Supervised production approval needs to ensure they were communicated to department heads in a timely manner. Ensured that departments were uploading all content and approvals onto content database and PIX. • Tracked actor availability issues. Updated and maintained Cast and Director grids.

• Worked with Showrunner, Executive Producers, Line Producer, and department heads to ensure deadlines were managed and maximize filming needs under the budget • Flagged any TWDU script mythology errors before they were distributed wide to Production. • Mediated and diffused conflicts on set to ensure a smooth production on a daily basis by communicating with Directors, Writers, AD department, Cast, and Crew. • Worked with the Makeup FX department to ensure Walkers reflect overall universe look and movement. • Organized on-set ‘Walker’ performance refresher sessions on an as-needed basis.

• Covered episodes from Prep through Production to make sure that vision is achieved on the day. • Tracked continuity in conjunction with Script Supervisor and Post-Production. • Liaised with various internal personnel and departments heads including, but not limited to, Props, Costumes, Makeup FX, and Stunts to ensure that joint tasks were being tested and approved. • Reviewed AMC Promos, EPK, BTS, Instagram Takeovers, and other supplemental content for errors, consistency, spoilers, and other issues. Informed EPs as appropriate.

• Implemented security system to prevent story leaks and ward off unwanted visitors. • Ensured that all cast, crew, and guests signed and adhered to the NDA. • Hired and trained team members to generate, distribute, check ID badges on set. • Assisted PAs, supervised background performers, distributed & collected call sheets and sides.
