Managed on location Production Office in the Caribbean Island of Saint Martin. Managed Provisions and supplies for our MegaYacht and Follow Boat. Provisions Included international sourcing, Three currency system and Multi-language vendors.

Hired and Managed staff of PA’s in the field. Booked and Managed travel for hosts. Managed Production and Camera Rentals. Managed R&C, Petty Cash, PCards, PO’s, Check Requests, COI’s Drove a Ferrari 458S. It was sweet.

Managed LA and ATL Production Offices on a 200 + Union crew competition build show. Hired and Managed staff of 21 local ATL PA’s. Managed all Production rentals, Production assets, Rights and Clearances. Managed Petty Cash and PCards for 14 crew members in 6 departments.


Managed and supervised the daily needs of the production from prepro through wrap. Assisted in shoot day scheduling and coordination with our producing staff. Reconciled and managed Petty Cash, PCards and PO’s for production staff and myself. Maintained a relationship with vendors as well as secured new vendors as needed by production. Managed the purchasing of props, expendables and gear rentals while tracking costs and renegotiating deals. Interviewed, hired and managed my staff of PA’s as well as assisted in the hiring of day play crew and new staff. Managed rights and clearances which included supervising and coordinating with our field crew, in-house legal counsel, post department and managing our online R&C database. Managed and supervised cast payments which included coordinating between cast, their representation and our legal counsel. Tracked costs and managed individual payments as well as the overall payment schedule episode to episode.

Managed PO's, PC and PCARD reconciliation for myself and the production crew. Set up PO and managed day to day operations and needs. Managed Office and Expendables Purchases. Managed and Delegated Office needs to Set PA's. Directly Assisted the Production Coordinator and Production Manager for the run of the show.

Locking down large areas and assisting the public, directing traffic, adding/removing signage and barricades, making store runs, relieving other PA's, security for talent etc.

Managed media dumps and backups as well as tracked media online (RED EPIC R3D RAW footage)

Built out cameras (c300), Managed media, Assisted camera operators on set (Lens swaps, gear set-ups etc)

Hired Drivers and Transpo Crew, Scouted, Secured and Coordinated Picture Vehicles, Managed Base Camp, Transpo Crew, Expenses, and Company Moves with a fleet of Talent RV's and Production Trucks in the dead of Michigan Winter.

I drove a Camera/Chase vehicle that followed Bounty Hunters all over Ohio. This included evasive/aggressive and stunt driving for Camera work. Along with driving I was responsible for obtaining Location and Appearance releases, Lockups and other Set PA work. Crew Gear organization, Airport Runs, Crafty and Equipment Runs.

Driving talent and crew, making store and airport runs, drove picture vehicles, moving equipment trailers/grip trucks to new locations, working extremely long hours (16-18), also helped on set with stunt coordination.
