Production Assistant duties (in office) -consistently checking in on all office materials, and restock -runs to Cast & Crew, office supplies stores, and personal runs for Executive Producer -distribution of production related materials to all department heads -liaison between Art Department and Script Coordinator for clearance -wrap out

• Handled daily distribution of scripts, call sheets, PRs, and various documents to all departments • Managed high call volume in a demanding production office environment • Placed Staples orders, issued drive-on passes, and performed daily runs for all departments

• Created & successfully implemented a daily lunch routine for a team of 12 Writers, EPs, & Assistants • Assisted the Script Coordinator & Writer’s Assistant on daily notes distribution • Proofread scripts for publishing • Provided Writers various research to generate additional writing material • Managed daily expense reports; tracking receipts for beverages, meals & craft services.

• Assisted the Creative Directors in writing/editing copy, note taking, and brain storming for Promos, Launches, Upfronts, and Sales Presentations • Aided the Head Editor with logging/digitizing, organizing AVID & FCP Projects, and sub-clipping material for scripts • Oversaw production of projects by tracking hours, budget assistance, and general office duties

• Assisted Base Camp PA with 1st team by getting food orders, running scripts or additional things to and from set, and relaying messages • Aided 2nd AD with Call Sheets and Production Reports • Worked together with Background PA to manage BG actors in holding and signing out after wrap

• Assisted Key Set PA with background vouchers, Production Reports, and calling "last man" during meals • Maintaining lock ups • Walkie talkie quality control • Worked closely with the 2nd 2nd AD to assist in placing and directing background actors

• Completed runs both on and off the WB lot • Picked up food orders for the talent • Assisted Comedy Producers on field shoot segments • Ran props and scripts to and from set
