Managed office production assistants, distributed scripts, schedules and revisions to actors and crew, created and organized SAG contracts, tracked inventory/stocked the office kitchen and was responsible for ordering lunches for 50+ people. Arranged and coordinated vendors and outside crew to our locations (including teleprompter companies, EPK shoots and stunts).

Writer's assistant to Joel Surnow (pre-WGA strike) and Howard Gordon (post-WGA strike) on 24. Scheduled meetings, answered phones, assisted in writers' room as needed, maintained accurate script binders and assisted in various personal requests.
