Producer/Editor/Finishing Editor of the pilot for the Thoroughbred Stock Exchange series. The 30-minute program presented news pertaining to thoroughbred racing and particularly to the exclusive Dignitary Downs racehorse ranching, breeding and veterinary complex near Palm Springs, California.

Post Producer and editor of a 30-minute infomercial promoting the ambitious Village at University Place, an urban living project adjacent to the University of California campus at Palm Desert. This infomercial was considered extremely successful and was cited as a major factor in the success of the developmental venture.

Wrote, co-produced and edited a series of commercials for the exclusive real estate enclave, Mirada Estates, in Rancho Mirage, California.
