Film all events occurring throughout a week long family camp that will be edited into a dvd to be sold to participants. Edit a short 4-5 minute recap video for participants to watch on the last day of camp.

Film a 2 day internal collaboration event to be used for an internal departmental video.

Manage the business financial accounts, create budgets, both for company and shoots. Coordinate crew and equipment for and during shoots.

Assist the lead videographer and camera op film various camp activities, several interviews and corporate video intros throughout a week long family camp. Help carry and keep track of equipment, setup boom and mic up interview participants, hold bounce or diffusion cards during the interviews.

Dress and create the set in an empty room, purchase and acquire all set dressing and props.

Gather/purchase set dressing items, dress set and rearrange as needed throughout the day. Return all unused items.

-Provide Craft Service for 3 photo teams working in different studios -Deliver lunch to the teams -Research events and locate photos from said events

-Provide Craft Services -Arrange travel and lodging for team members -Ensure packages of gear shipping internationally get to their location on time

-ensure all equipment needed is on set -Answer any questions from cast/crew -Answer questions from locations -Make sure crew and cast are all on the same page throughout the shoot and working efficiently

-Set up 3 camera setup for in studio interviews -monitor cameras to ensure a consistent look week to week -setup and monitor microphones and audio levels

-Create and arrange the shooting schedule according to the script -facilitate communication between all departments to ensure all are aware of the schedule of the shoot -Ensure all elements that are needed arrive on set -answer any questions and help trouble shoot when needed during the shoot

-acquire, setup and maintain the craft service table -shuttle crew from Bart and remote parking lot to and from set

-Set up and maintenance of craft services in all locations -Lock up on location (both interior and exterior) -Transportation of talent -Coordinating 2-3 fellow PA's to fulfill crew requests
