- Covid management: Testing, discussions with crew, last minute changes due to covid, and making sure on site coordinators had the necessary PPE Supplies. - Managed talent transportation, talent relationships, and accommodations / requests of any kind. - Hired crew "in office" as well as in the field. - Sourced studios for Interview shoots, and handled contracts/insurance/gear rentals. - onboarded new hires. - approved timecards - In instances of overtime, I talked with the team and approved or rejected the request depending on circumstances. - Tracked shoot budget, adjusted where needed, and alerted superiors on any major overages. - Budgeted additional shoots not initially planned for.
