Production Assistant- My duties were to assist with the set-up and breakdown of the production office, go on runs and assist the production associates and production coordinator. Creative Production- My duties were to assist with making the information cards for the talent that were nominated, the hosts and the presenters for the awards; assisting with handling the scripts for the 106&Park shows and other duties and tasks that were asked of me. Taking pictures of the guests with the product that we were promoting was the main responsibility that I had. After the event I would send the pictures along with the twitter and/or instagram handles of the guests to my boss. For each event I would set up and break down at the venue. I would also perform other tasks and duties that were asked of me.
