Acquire and clear all video tape for The View. Work with producers to choose clips and b-roll. Work with the directing team to assure all tape is prepared for the live show. Log and dub tapes. Maintain tape library. Assist on field shoots.

Scan and electronically enter all tapes that enter and leave the building. Pull backup tapes for over 40 cable networks. Maintain library documents and library shelves. Check television programs for Quality Control. Prepare and cache television programs for air.

Assist production team on location shoots. Help coordinate crew and cast from one location to the next. Manage crowd, crew, and volume. Supervise set up and strike of equipment.

Distribute scripts and materials. Update bulletin boards and summary books. Order cars and supplies for the studio. File and organize tapes. Find show clips for publicity and awards purposes. Assist production coordinators and producers on a daily basis.
