I assisted the production team with on set duties.

As the 2nd Assistant Director, my responsibilities included handling each and every talent and their paper work, getting them make-up and wardrobe ready and bringing them to and from set. As a 2nd AD on this project my duties also included preparing and distributing the call sheet each and every night so the cast and crew knew when they needed to be on set. I also assisted in coordinating the PAs and giving them tasks to accomplish to help the production along.

My duties as the 2nd 2nd Assistant Director included handling up to 38 background actors a day. My responsibilities included making sure they filled out their release forms, tax forms and invoices properly and getting their wardrobe approved for various scenes and then directing their blocking and performance during the scenes in which the director wanted to use them.

Basic PA duties including going on runs and assisting the 1st and 2nd AD with locking down set.

On The Gong Show Season 2, my responsiblities included working with my team to work with the contestants to make sure they had everything they needed. We coordinated their travel to Los Angeles and made sure they were placed in their hotel safely. Once they were in town, our duties included working closely with the stage managers to make sure they made it to the stage to preform their act. We also coordinated their wardrobe and make up and made sure the contestants who were minors had proper schooling and proper breaks according to law.

As Art Director on "No Good Deeds" my responsibilities included working directly with the production designer and making his vision for the film become a reality while implementing his ideas on set.

As a Production Associate for World Race Production on Season 30 for The Amazing Race my duties included running the office along with a colleague and keeping the UPM and Production Coordinator in constant communication with the Executives, Producers, Casting and Art Department. Other duties included running the servers with the past season's archives, setting crew up with satellite phones for when they traveled abroad, getting quotes on computer equipment and securing the purchases, setting up editing bays with Avid Media Composer, audio mixers, multi-screen monitors and audio mixers.

I assisted the Production Designer and Art Director with props and dressing the set.

Assisted 1st and 2nd AD with set duties. Took notes on each shot to help keep the AD organised. Assisted the 2nd A.D with helping cast to set if he wasn't able to do it himself.

My duties on "2 Be Me" included: Assisting the Producer/Director in everyday tasks. Assisting the Producer/Director research subject matter involving the documentary. Reaching out to different groups in the community to be interviewed for the documentary. Assisting the Directory of Photography and the Camera Operator in setting up and breaking down camera equipment, lighting equipment and sound equipment. Driving crew to and from locations.

My duties on "2 Be Me" included Operating a Canon 5D for interviews as well as shooting B-Roll and acting as 3rd Camera to capture atmospheric shots of group discussions in the documentary.

My responsibilities on Too Stupid To Die included, living with the cast at the cast house during shooting days. Prepping the cast at night and preparing them for the upcoming day. Handling their medical needs when they suffered an injury. Working closely with the Executive Producer during the day in coordinating the cast to the location of each show segment and being MTV's representative to the cast after wrap and keeping the lines of communication between the cast and production open.

As a Production Associate for World Race Production on Season 30 for The Amazing Race my duties included running the office along with a colleague and keeping the UPM and Production Coordinator in constant communication with the Executives, Producers, Casting and Art Department. My duties included: Locking up set. Delivering drives full of footage. Breaking down set and striking the location at the sound stage.

During Preproduction and Post Production my duties included: Assisting the producers and associate producers in the production office with paperwork (preparing start paperwork ect). Creating, documenting, accounting for and inputting PO's (Production purchase orders) and invoices into the system for the line producer and the accountant. Keeping accurate innovatory of all of the supplies we bought and used as well as the products and supplies we didn't use. I also was responsible for keeping accurate receipts on the items that we didn't use and returned to their respective stores. Collecting, organizing, labeling and archiving all of the release forms for all guests and passerby's on the set location for the EIC and the Production Manager. Going on runs to pick up office supplies and printed materials at printing presses. During shooting my duties included: Setting up two distinct locations on set and preparing them for the crew when they arrived to start their day. Setting up Video Village, Pop-up tents, coolers with drinks and snacks and making sure the areas I was in charge of were properly locked down during shooting. After the daily wrap my responsibly was to help break down the entire location in an organized manner so that when we returned the following day everything could be rebuilt in an efficient manner.

My responsibilities for Samantha Brown and Director Sylvia Caminer were: Shuttling talent and crew to and from location. Assisting the DP and camera operator in setting up shots, building and breaking down camera equipment (Canon C-300) and lighting rigs. Making sure the camera operators had enough memory on their cards as well as replacing their batteries when they were running low on juice. Scouting different locations for esthetic shots for B-Roll footage. Assisting the Associate Producer in getting the releases signed for shooting. Standing in for the subjects so the DP could frame and line up shots.

My responsibilities on the music video shoot for Sah Baby's song "Purple Ape" included: Managing and taking the lead in playback for the song during the shoot. Specifically trouble shooting the speaker system when it wasn't working correctly until I fix it. Helping the crew build and break down the set. Shuttling the talent and crew to and from location. Going on equipment, make up and prop-runs at the request of the director in an efficient and timely manor.

My responsibilities on Enrique Iglesias' music video included: Picking up and signing for vehicle and truck rentals. Picking up equipment at prop houses and camera rental facilities and signing for the equipment. Being in charge of petty cash and keeping accurate records of receipts and expenses. Going on errand runs to buy expendable for crew. Assisting the art department in building and breaking down sets. Being in charge of the walkies and making sure all radios along with the surveillances were returned.

My duties on "Glass Jaw" as Key PA included: Assisting 1st and 2nd AD with anything they needed. Locking down set. Walking talent to and from wardrobe. Passing out sides and call sheets every night before wrap and every morning before first shot. Assisting Grip set up and break down equipment. Assisting the 2nd-2nd directing background and extras where they needed to be. Assisting the Director of Photography and the Gaffing Department waft smoke and haze. Assigning Walkies to each crew member and making sure they were fully charged for the next day. Taking the lead in directing the other hired PAs in tasks and making sure they completed them.

My duties on "Glass Jaw" in assisting Producer Steve Perry included: Creating itineraries and every day agendas. Scheduling meetings. Taking calls and messages. Reading and taking notes on the script as well as printing and organizing the revisions. Taking notes during the casting process and organizing each potential actor and their head-shots along with their resumes. Securing contracts and deals with product placement companies such as Nike, Tecate Beer, Coca Cola and Volvo to be used in the film. Taking photos of each location during the location scouts and organizing them in an efficient manner. Going on errands and runs.

My duties on "Glass Jaw" in assisting Director Jeff Celentano included: Creating itineraries and every day agendas. Scheduling meetings. Taking calls and messages. Reading and taking notes on the script as well as printing and organizing the revisions. Taking notes during the casting process and organizing each potential actor and their head-shots along with their resumes. Securing contracts and deals with product placement companies such as Nike, Tecate Beer, Coca Cola and Volvo to be used in the film. Taking photos of each location during the location scouts and organizing them in an efficient manner. Going on errands and runs.

For over 2 years I was Emmy Award winning Producer Sylvia Caminer's Personal Assistant as well as her Personal assistant. I handled her calendar and travel arrangements as well as scheduling her meetings. I also vetted and took notes on scripts that were submitted to her.

My duties for this political ad for Moving Pictures included: Driving the camera truck to and from location. Assisting the Art Department build each and every set. Assisting the Grip department set up and breakdown equipment. Assisting the Production Coordinator with every day agendas, tasks and errands which included getting lunch for the crew, passing out paper work and deal memos for each crew member and informing the crew of the call times and making sure they got calls sheets before wrap each night.

My duties on this TruMoo commercial included: Assisting the 1st and 2nd A.D lock down set before each shot. Assisting the grip department in setting up and breaking down equipment. Assisting the Key P.A in delegating tasks and helping him complete his duties.

On this Political Ad my duties included: Assisting Grip and Electric build and breakdown equipment. Assisting the Art Department build and break down every set for each shot. Assisting the Production Coordinator in everyday agendas, errands and runs.

On the WyoTech Industrial Commercial shoot, my duties included: Assisting mainly in the art department in building the set for each and every shot. Assisting G&E build and breakdown equipment. Assisting the Production Coordinator in everyday tasks, errands and runs.

On WWE's Network Show, "Breaking Ground" my duties included: Assisting the field producer and associate producer with their work which included driving them to and from set, helping them take notes on each scene and making sure they had everything they needed throughout the day. Assisting the Directory of Photography as well as each Camera Operator during the shoots. Some of my tasks included wrangling cable as they moved through the crowd and audience of wrestling fans during a live tapping and also making sure their footing and walk path wasn't obstructed while trying to get a particular shot. Assisting the AC in making sure the camera batteries were fully charged and informing him when a memory card was about to become full of data. Making sure each crew member was properly hydrated. Driving the crew to and from location.

On "Paper Towns" my duties included: Assisting Michelle Johnson (Orlando Supervising Producer) and Karen Bosma (Orlando Production Coordinator) with everyday agendas and tasks. Running errands. Securing rental contracts with local office supply companies for office supplies. Buying and restocking craft services for the Production Office and making sure the Office Crew were properly Hydrated. Taking notes on each morning's production meeting. Keeping track of travel arrangements for each crew member and talent flying into town. Being assigned petty cash and keeping track of spending everyday.

On "Chosen" my duties included: Assisting Sylvia Caminer (U.S Producer) with everyday tasks which included transporting talent, executives and running errands. Being assigned petty cash and keeping track of daily spending. Securing rental agreements with office supply companies for rented office supplies. Scheduling travel arrangements for crew and talent as well as their lodgings. Transporting crew and talent to and from the airport and also to their hotel rooms.

On "Tanzania: A Journey Within" my duties included: Assisting Sylvia Caminer (Director/Producer) in everyday tasks such as errands and making runs. Assisting Sylvia Caminer (Director/Producer) in scheduling meetings. Printing out film posters and shipping them to the each theater across the country where the film would be playing. Promoting the film in each city it was playing in order to sell out the theater. Creating press releases. Overseeing the reformatting process to make sure the theaters had the correct version of the film before screening it to an audience. Overseeing getting mass copies of the DVD of the film in order to submit it to the different festivals as well as the Academy Awards.
