Arranged all flights and shuttles for couples for new reality show. Scheduled home video shoots with Field Producer and talent. Picked up all couples from airport, gave daily per diems. Checked them into their hotel. Picked couples up for day of their shoots and drove them to set, & various locations.

Worked hotel for all contestants overnight. Made sure all their needs were met. I also assisted on set with the game show, and helped move contestants into moving on set for a few days while the show was being filmed. Also assisted with Art Dept.

Was flown to different locations to pick up future contestants. I assisted camera and field producer. Including putting up filming notice signs, getting all proper documents for clearance of confidentiality, on camera, location agreements. Once done filming I was responsible for all tapes and future contestants travel back LA.

Did all stand in work for future show on Style network. Did all basic production assistant work. All Craft during show for contestants and crew, running all errands, making copies, ordering all lunches for crew and contestants. Drove passenger van when contestants went out on the field etc.

Made sure all contestants were in hotel rooms, and were on a dinner/gym/pool schedule.Coordinated with Producers, psych, physicals. Stocked and delivered all craft for contestants, producers, and crew. Answered production phones and took care of any contestant’s needs and departures back home.
