I was responsible for the payroll for Cast and Crew as well as auditing Petty cash and P-cards. Processed time cards, printed payroll and AP checks, AP input, cross checked time cards to PR, process PO's, scan time cards and start papers to EP, check edits, file documents.

I booked and maintained all of the housing including hotels, apartments and homes for all of the cast and crew.

Production Coordinator for the Promo for the show. Hire PA's , hire vendors, schedule crew and vendors, send out call sheet, hire and schedule caterer, process and audit petty cash , hand out time cards and start papers.

I was responsible for booking, and Supervised the booking of flights, hotel and car service for 120 cast and crew. Traveled 9 comedians in each day, 9 comedians out each day, and 9 comedians to and from the venue everyday. Provided information for shuttles to transport all crew and talent.

Licensed clips,and acted as a liaison for the production to clear music.

Made sure appearance releases, location, and materials releases were all obtained. Secured locations and made sure proper documents were obtained.
