Job Summary/Description:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Broadcast Journalism. It's a part-time job that entails assisting in production of weekend evening newscasts. There is also a reporting component to this position which requires shooting, editing, and writing some stories as well as posting materials to social *** and station websites.
Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Taking feeds
- Timing newscasts
- Shooting, editing, and writing
- Posting materials to website and social ***
- Operating live backpack unit
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Educational background in electronic mass *** /journalism preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
