Overview: The Data & Marketing Group plays a central role in the *** Streaming Group, responsible for the Consumer & Growth Marketing, Data & Insights and Business Operations for *** & *** + at the cornerstone of growth across the free and pay streaming markets.
The Sr Manager, *** Strategy is responsible for helping drive the paid *** strategy for *** Brand and Content campaigns. This role leads the paid *** approach across traditional and digital, including TV, OOH, direct digital, audio, experiential/partnerships and across our *** Owned + Operated Portfolio *** .
This role sits within the larger *** and Acquisition team and will partner closely with Brand & Content Marketing team, the *** agency, and *** partners to drive collaboration, efficient use of our *** investment and best in-class entertainment campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong background in executing *** campaigns that drive measurable results and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work on multiple campaigns at a time. Responsibilities: - Drives the paid *** strategy for *** Brand and Content campaigns, partnering with the Brand Marketing Team, from briefing through measuring performance.
- Ensures campaigns have cohesive and integrated go-to-market *** strategies and helps to drive cross-campaign alignment to fuel growth with full funnel *** investment planning.
- Manages the *** agency with project prioritization, *** budgets, and meetings.
- Provides creative brand expertise to our external *** agency to finesse partnerships and refine creative executions for maximum impact.
- Partners with collaborators across the marketing team to translate marketing strategies into tangible *** activations with Pluto-lens.
- Works across *** to coordinate, plan and measure Owned + Operated *** .
- Builds strong partnerships with key *** partners to make the most of investment, ad formats, testing and learning opportunities.
- Contributes to a culture of sharing of best practices, creating actionable and easily interpreted reporting in collaboration with the agency and analytics team to uncover *** and creative performance insights.
Basic Qualifications: - 6+ years relevant work experience in *** strategy at a brand or agency
- Previous *** /entertainment/streaming experience preferred.
Additional Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent *** strategy experience
- Proficient in the digital space and able to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Proactive, diligent, accountable, and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, including both written & verbal skills
- Experience working in highly cross-functional and matrixed organizations; a natural collaborator who enjoys working across teams.
- Ability to adapt rapidly in an agile environment with shifting priorities - balance cross functional teams' needs, reacting quickly, dynamically, and intelligently.
- Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience making pitches to executive-level audiences and working directly with creative partners.
- Savvy in building decks and able to synthesize strategy and plans for various audiences.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 125,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
