GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER at TubeScience

We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Growth Manager to join the world’s largest performance video agency on a path to IPO. This is an expert-level role, and a unique opportunity for at-scale impact.

Since our founding 5 years ago, TubeScience has grown into a global “Top 5” agency, serving top-tier performance advertisers. Our clients spend more money on paid social than all but 4 of the largest agency holding companies in the world. And 100% of those dollars are conversion-optimized. Your mission will be to help our already-sophisticated clients get even smarter. Along the way, you’ll have unparalleled access to alphas and betas from Facebook, the ability to help influence ad platform roadmaps, and a chance to work closely with many of the smartest people in the performance advertising industry.

Location: This role is fully remote-flexible. If you live in Los Angeles, you can also work out of our incredible 2.5 acre HQ campus in the Arts District.

Growth Managers drive the execution of the strategy on behalf of their clients. This includes planning, resource management and relationship management. Growth Managers are client-obsessed experts who ensure cross-functional teams understand the best approach to scale their clients’ business. The Growth Manager position allows TubeScientists to excel as individual contributors with the opportunity to grow into higher-level positions such as, Portfolio Manager, Client Partner and Creative Strategist.

About TubeScience
TubeScience manages content creation from strategy to video production in our own studios for some of the best and largest performance marketers in the world. We do so on a pay-for-performance basis, which means that we make careful decisions regarding how to use our resources to maximize client return.

What You'll Do
As a growth manager at TubeScience, you'll have the autonomy to decide how to use TubeScience resources in order to maximize return on investment, for both the company and clients alike! You'll work with clients ranging from late-stage startups to publicly traded companies representing a wide variety of industry verticals who rely on performance marketing for their success.

Who We’re Looking For
You have experience with account and client management, are passionate about building relationships, and are drawn to the numbers with proven expertise in data-driven, strategic thinking. You work well with cross-functional team members and are able to efficiently resolve blockers to achieve shared goals at scale. You want to work with 7-8 figure monthly budgets, you’re organized, and love getting people excited about the projects that you work on.

Responsibilities
-Develop client relationships and foster trust with daily points of contact up to c-suite executives
-Prioritize work and manage resources efficiently to ensure your clients get the content they need
-Report on content performance and provide information efficiently to the right stakeholders
-Identify additional growth opportunities across all available platforms for your clients
-Report Quarterly and Annually to your clients on the state of their content and strategy
-Assess and manage cross functional projects against objectives and goals
-Ensure client requirements are respected across all teams from strategy to content creation
-Be an all around TubeScience expert and lead others to embrace our goals and vision

Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience performance marketing
Facebook Ads Manager experience
Basic data analysis using common performance metrics (CPC,CPM,CTR,CVR,ROAS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing client relationships (large clients with 7-figure budgets a plus)

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience managing or optimizing ad campaigns on secondary digital ad platforms (i.e. TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
-Experience making performance ad creatives
-In-house or agency experience buying Facebook ads for eCommerce or Gaming clients
