Job Description

"What would you say you do here?"

• Collaborate with the Supervising Producer and Directors to discuss creative ambitions and producibility for each episode
  
• Develop and communicate a clear design vision (including Characters, Locations, Props, Backgrounds, FX, Lighting, and Color) that will support the overall creative vision for the story and style of the project
  
• Prepare for and lead design handouts by communicating overall direction, design requirements, and expected level of polish to the Design team
  
• Participate in design and color reviews, provide clear notes for revisions, and assist with revisions as needed
  
• Lead the creation of model packs and style guides with our Partner *** in mind, including but not limited to expressions, character construction, mouth charts, and character turnarounds
  
• Communicate creative notes to the internal HUB team
  
• Collaborate closely with Studio Management and Show Leadership to run the creation of assets for PR, Marketing, and CP
  
• Provide status updates, troubleshoot, and review potential changes on a regular basis with production staff
  
• Participate in the talent acquisition process with the Line Producer to review portfolios and tests, interview candidates, and provide detailed feedback

Qualifications

• Ability to build concepts and turnarounds for characters, props and sets and lead all aspects of their translation into 3D

Job Summary:

The Plasterer 200 is responsible to perform functions that include but are not limited to plastering normal finishes and simulated finishes (i.e., rock work, brick, stone wood). The removal and installation of tile brick pavers, concrete and asphalt. This will include shop work, field and rehab work ranging from construction to the intricacies of the refurbishment of. It requires the ability to read blue prints, follow engineering instructions and use normal hand tools and power tools. This position provides support to Engineering, all maintenance teams including attractions, ride and show, and infrastructure facilities.

The Plasterer 755 is responsible to perform functions that include but are not limited to model and mold making (fiberglass and silicone), fiberglass repair, and manufacturing and casting parts in materials such as urethanes, epoxies and resins. Those in this position may also include the removal and installation of tile brick pavers, concrete and asphalt, the fabrication of MACON parts and the repair and refurbishment of character heads. This will include shop work, as well as field and rehab work ranging from construction to the intricacies of the refurbishment or model making. It requires the ability to read blue prints, follow engineering instructions and the use of normal hand tools and power tools. This position provides support to Engineering and all maintenance teams including Attractions, Ride and Show, and Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

The Plasterer 200 role is responsible to:

• Have the ability to safely use and maintain basic hand tools, to operate pneumatic and electric powered tools utilizing the proper safety precautions including personal protective equipment, and the ability to operate a man lift, forklift, scissors lift, truck, and both gas and electric powered carts
• To read blueprints and follow engineering instructions. The ability to use or learn to use MAXIMO (a work order tracking system), as well as to follow check lists to safely handle materials, lock-out and tag-out of attractions, operate department equipment and vehicles and know what actions to take in case of a failure
• To remove and repair cement, pavers, asphalt and tile, are required to possess a basic knowledge of how to handle and use molds and models (preferable knowledge of how to fabricate molds and models), and must possess the ability to plaster and apply or carve in the plaster simulated finishes (i.e., rock work, wood, stone, brick, etc.)
• Have the ability to operate a manlift, forklift, scissors lift, truck, bicycle and both gas and electric powered carts

The Plasterer 755 role is responsible to:

• Be able to safely use and maintain basic hand tools

The Job:

The CW Television Network is seeking a hands-on Art Director (Sports & Entertainment Motion Design), to join the Brand Creative team. This role will be responsible for the execution of creative from concept boards to final animation. The Position

*** is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative conceptual design leader to oversee visual storytelling, art and design creative across the Brand and Partnerships teams. The AD will be assisting and styling in a range of different categories for e-commerce photography, video and 3D capture and will be contributing to continual style improvements and styling/prep efficiencies. AD will be a key stakeholder of environmental photo and video imaging, and will be engaged in enhancement of visual customer experience.
