Job Description:

Working in tandem with other teams on site to complete work that includes multiple departments.
Working within small teams to props and other decorations for the event
Take directions from the lead to ensure assets place match the creative vision for each activation area
Keep work areas clean and organized, helping maintain the overall cleanliness of the site
Pack and palletize assets for assigned activations during load-out, making sure to adhere to Memoir standards
Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings with the crew to discuss work goals and accomplishments, adding on any key points specific to their work
Use basic knowledge of all assigned activations to actively participate in tasks assigned to them
Sewing skills are a plus

Requirements:

Ability to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for extended periods
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. **Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the job's essential functions.**
Ability to problem-solve and adequately escalate issues as they are encountered in the field
Ability to perform necessary and appropriate duties for set-up and load-out in a safe and efficient manner, including the loading and unloading of event trucks.
Must work well in a team-based environment and communicate effectively with team members
Must be prompt and be able to work all shifts as assigned

Dates: This is a temporary full-time position; specific hours will be discussed during the interview process. Daily 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

I am in need of some Art Hands for a production Sept. 17th - 19th in Chicago, IL.

CS3 Photography is an Orlando-based photography agency that performs real estate and lifestyle photo and video shoots around the US. We have a shoot in the Mesa area on 9/24/24 from 10am-2pm that requires a set dresser / stager to help prep the various spaces in the community.

Tasks like fluffing pillows, redecorating table surfaces to be in a pleasing manner, straighten furniture, setting tables, among others will be required. We have a video guide and pdf guidelines on the exact staging we need. As mentioned above, this is at a Brookdale Assisted Living facility, so the areas to be staged are likely to be:

-Lobby
-Model Unit
-Dining Room
-Activities Room
-Fitness Area
-Pool Area
-Lounge/Library
-Cafe/Bar

The pay is a project rate $300 for the day and we expect you to arrive at 9am local time with a departure of around 2pm. The photographer arrives at 10am, so our goal is for you to arrive before and get ahead of them and start prepping the various areas. You do not need to bring anything such as cleaning supplies, lightbulbs or décor as you'll be using whatever the community has that day. Lastly, please dress business casual.

Assist in gathering, purchasing, and renting props to style and enhance scenes for a wine and spirits brand video shoot.

Looking for an experienced production designer in New York, NY for a small corporate project. Flexible work days/times between now and late October. The ideal candidate will have experience working on corporate productions.

Looking for an Art Director to work on a small commercial shoot for a kitchen appliance company with the in-house team. Looking for someone to handle both set design, props and wardrobe. It's for a small commercial, we'll have all the prep done in advance We just need someone to be on set ensuring everything looks good. It is a minimal amount of items for each one, only three actors each one with their own look. A handful of props and a few items to help set dress.

Looking for an art director for a non-union feature film in NY. Period piece! $1500/week

Looking for a prop master / prop stylist available for a shoot happening between 8/16 and 8/18! Stylist must also have some availability during the week of 8/26 to assist our creative team with creating moodboards to be approved by our client. We'll provide additional details on creative direction at the start of that week.

The budget for props will be $800 at maximum, and we'll work with you to determine the specific needs for our location once it's secured. That location will be a house either in New York or North Jersey, and the stylist must be able to transport themselves to said location.

Shoot will be for a number of cleaning tools in the same product family-- mops, squeegees, etc. And we're more than happy to answer any questions you have in advance of the shoot, just reach out.
