Position Summary

Reporting to the *** President, National Accounts; the Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading the growth of our MOTOR Insights suite of data products. MOTOR Insights connects to over 30,000 repair shops every day. This role will lead the effort to expand this suite of data into new markets and customer segments. We are targeting leading automotive and heavy-duty ser *** repair chains, aftermarket warranty providers, national franchise repair organizations, national part retailers, part distribution organizations, and leading tire and wheel organizations.. Just to name a few. In this role, you will increase overall revenue generated from the MOTOR Insights suite of data products. Establish strategic partnerships with key players in the automotive and heavy-duty ser *** repair industries. Successfully acquire new clients achieving sales targets and quotas set for new markets and customer segments. Lead the successful onboarding of new clients within the targeted industries with high customer satisfaction and retention rates among clients.

Responsibilities

Required Skills/Experience

How you'll make an impact:

The Director of Change Management will be an effective leader, communicator and change champion and will be responsible for developing and implementing the change management strategy for our company in partnership with the SVP of Organizational Culture and Change Management. The ideal candidate should have experience developing change management methodology and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, as well as a strong understanding of organizational development and training. Position Summary:
The Digital Advertising TechnologyDirectorwill manage the daily operations of the Digital Advertising Technology front end team. The director will work with Sales and Ad Operations leadership on both long-term strategy and meeting the short-term goals of the business, as well as work alongside internal and external stakeholders to both define and drive technical advertising projects and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Support and meet regularly with Ad Sales, Pricing and Planning, Ad Operations, Ad Strategy, and brand teams to communicate ad product capabilities, improve processes, and ensure maximum revenue generation.

The Director, *** Events will primarily focus on the development and execution of brand-specific editorial tentpoles and multi-brand events. Role Overview

As a Director of Analytics Engineering - this individual will champion overall data data and analytics strategy across for various streaming and non-streaming data domains including but not limited to commerce, product, content analytics. This individual will lead a team of data and analytics engineers and help Max, Discovery+ and other content production *** within WBD more data driven. This individual will bring in his/her expertise in a wide variety of big data processing frameworks (both open source and proprietary), large scale database systems (OLAP and OLTP), stream data processing data mart development, BI/Analytics, API Development, to improve data architecture and data product development efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Help hire Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts & Data Scientists to build and maintain the Analytics Product.
• Work closely with business to support analytics needs - including BI & AI driven analytics.
• Design scalable data products and evangelize them.
• Lead and mentor one or more Data and Analytics engineering team(s), make them productive, keep them stay focused and motivated in an intense and demanding environment.
• Work closely with higher management, various stakeholders to understand data platform requirements, create roadmap, keep track of the key milestones.
• Work closely with your team to architect and implement various data products which include data marts, data semantic layer, analytics, and third-party system integrations.
• Work closely with various business to roll out data product initiatives.
• Present data architecture, roadmap, plans, status, and risk to various stakeholders including higher management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Similar discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics
• 7+ years of experience in engineering management, managing a team of 25+
• Prior experience and deep domain knowledge in Direct-to-Consumer Business based products is critical.
• Go above and beyond attitude - ready to roll up sleeves to meet business expectations.
• Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure, agile environment.
• Ability to lead one or more teams to deliver high quality data products.
• Expertise in at least few programming languages - Java, Scala, Python or similar.

The Role

Based in our new Regional Capability Center in Mexico City, the Director, Operations Migration is a key contributor to support the delivery of an ambitious and complex operating model program. The transformation program includes migrating several global capabilities to new global and regional capability centers.

The Director, Operations Migration (Mexico) is in the in-country lead for the program reporting to the SVP T&O Transformation. The Director leads program efforts to ensure Technology & Operations (T&O) teams plus business areas are ready for program change moments. The individual will support all program activities including and not limited to hiring, onboarding and knowledge transfer. On behalf of T&O they will develop strategic recruitment plans in partnership with local and functional People & Culture Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure readiness efforts meet program timelines.

The postholder will work closely with the T&O Leadership teams, Global Business Services, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture and Global Real Estate to ensure T&O teams are prepared to transition services.

Responsibilities

• Lead local resource demand planning activity across T&O functions. Ensures it is aligned with other *** Discovery groups in Mexico City
• As the T&O Point of Contact is responsible for all Mexico City location activities. Acts as bridge *** ween T&O global teams and Talent Acquisition
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to create a successful Mexico City hiring strategy including building outreach programs to ensure a successful candidate pipeline
• Monitors the interconnected work stemming from global people impacts and ensure plans are aligned and adapted for Mexico City transitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's level Degree OR equivalent combination of operations management experience in global organizations
• 15+ years' experience in building enterprise scale operations centers in the technology environment
• 15+ years' experience and knowledge of project and change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience of working inside major people and process transformation programs
• A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
• Experience working in IT and/or Broadcast environments with project managers and technical staff preferred
