How you'll make an impact:
The Associate Director, Major Accounts is a people manager role that helps oversee a strategic team of Client Services individual contributors while also leading one or more specialized business function(s). The specialized business function(s) may be a business vertical or operational function that serves across the Client Services organization. The Associate Director has proven experience in the area(s) of the specialization that sets them apart. There is a clear ongoing business need for the specialized business function(s) that is further elevated by having the Associate Director role to oversee and take responsibility for its development needs. The area of specialization may change or morph over time as business progresses and areas of need evolve. This role does not function alone and partners extremely close with a Client Services Director in driving key business areas.

What you'll do:

• Directly manage a team of individual contributors and oversee the day-to-day operations including staff management, workload distribution, organizational strategy and deployment, training/onboarding, and troubleshooting

• Act as main point of contact for all sales operations questions, support and escalations from sales leaders.

At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $144,000 to $165,550 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Role Purpose:

The Change & Communication Lead is an integral role within the SAP S4 Program Team. The SAP S4 Transformation Program is an extensive multi-year project to transition the organization to the new SAP S4 Hana ERP platform.

The aim of the role is to ensure business leaders, change agents, employees and suppliers both provide input and are regularly engaged, understand the reasons and benefits of the changes, what it means for them, how they will be supported throughout the transition and the associated success factors. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing and delivering change plans and driving engaging communications to support the SAP S4 Transformation Program. The role will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across the *** U Finance organization, Operations & Technology and the System Integrator to ensure that activities are aligned, coordinated, and integrated.

Responsibilities:

• Develop change and communication strategies and plans to support delivery of the SAP S4 Transformation Program.
• Lead the Change Management Strategy Planning and Execution for the SAP S4 Transformation Program.
• Provide strategic counsel to stakeholders, especially the SVP of the Transformation Office, advising them on solutions for best practice change management and communications.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field and minimum of 8 years of direct experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformation communications planning and execution for a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering large organizational change and developing and deploying global campaigns to a diverse audience.
• Experience working in target operating model, process, and/or technology change.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Create and execute a multi-platform social *** strategy for E! News and corresponding channels including: Kards Katch Up, E! Insider, E! Live From The Red Carpet
• Manage a team of social *** editors, producers to make sure all E! News editorial content is programmed across all channels, making strategic decisions about how content is programmed ie: referral links vs. native video vs. engagement posts
• Lead a 24/7 team in a fast-paced breaking news environment on a daily basis - be very comfortable with celebrity, entertainment news and lifestyle news coverage
• Analyze metrics across platforms in order to build growth-oriented KPIs for each platform
• Build a social video program for E! News that meets KPIs across platforms. The ability to identify what is performing and pivot teams creatively and on programming to reach goals is a must.
• Work directly with the Director of Editorial and News Video to ensure social referral KPIs are being met
• Manage journalistic integrity on all posts, maintaining the E! voice but also ensuring social copy is factually and grammatically correct

• Identify and execute strategies to build out audience growth and engagement
