Assistant Editor (Adobe Premiere)

We are looking for an assistant editor to help put together a new, short format, web series about faith in today’s world. The ideal candidate has experience making first cuts from a paper edit. The ability to take a creative pass at the edit is a plus.

Adobe Premiere 4K capable system and able to work remotely.
Experience working with multiple camera formats, including Red Dragon and Sony.
Prepping project files for editor.
Edit revisions and cutdowns.
Knowledge in creating deliverables (exporting for DaVinci color, etc.) and final conforms in Premiere.
Experience encoding and uploading final deliverables.
An excellent organization system for all elements in the project.
The ability to meet and edit with the director in Burbank if needed (this job follows COVID guidelines).
Experience with mixing audio within Premiere or Audition is a plus.
Experience with After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.

Must be local.
