Job Description
Finance news brand is seeking an experienced video editor to edit engaging, informative and timely video features, recurring series episodes and in-depth interviews. Byrdie is looking for a highly-organized, beauty-obsessed editor to assign, edit, and write beauty content for the site. The perfect candidate is equally as passionate about thoughtful celebrity interviews and personal essays as they are about producing highly accurate, competitive evergreen content. In this role, you'll manage a pool of freelance writers (everything from assignments to invoices), edit 2-3 stories per day, update existing Byrdie articles for freshness and accuracy, contribute to brand tentpoles and packages (like our annual beauty awards), and write content as needed.
