Bunim-Murray Productions has several unscripted television projects that will begin shooting in October 2021. These projects will run into the spring of 2022. We are looking for Assistant Editors (at varying levels of experience) to join one of these projects and help us with our Assistant Editing needs. Tasks will include (but not be limited to):

- Media Management
- Grouping and Syncing
- Script Syncing
- Being the first line of defense for trouble shooting with the Story and Editorial teams
- Identifying promo pulls for the networks
- Creating Outputs for Cuts
- Preparing for Online/Audio finishing

Bunim-Murray Productions has been producing unscripted television shows for over 30 years. There are typically at least 5+ projects in post at any time in the year, which creates many opportunities to roll from one project to the next. This documentary is about an internationally known artist and the making of his hit song and music video. Please include a cover letter as to why you think you're the right person for this job.

You must use Adobe Premiere Pro for the edit.

We're located in Los Angeles, CA and we'd like to find someone local. But we are open to someone doing the job remotely as well.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $27.61-32.42 per hour for Washington. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
