-Diligently organize, connect, and synchronize media in sequences ready for internal and external editorial teams to take over without questions.

-Annotate and label all media based on shoot/project notes, as well as using your own intuition and understanding of the shoot to organize media in the project in a concise manner to set up the editorial and graphics teams for success.

-Export and share sequence stringouts with project stakeholders.

-Ensure correct project templates are being utilized and distributed to creative teams.

-Source assets from brands for internal reels and organize/assist those edits.

-Recall old projects and media from archives when required.

-Coordinate with various post-production teams and perform various tasks to keep projects running smoothly and on time.

-Must be extremely knowledgeable with technology including comprehensive understanding of media codecs, bit rates, aspect ratios, color spaces, compression, and finishing processes (color/mix prep/conform/QC/delivery).

-Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite required.

-Proficient knowledge of the main broadcast and digital video and audio formats.

-Work independently and with teams, able to decipher problems and create solutions; able to complete tasks with minimal guidance if necessary.

-Adept at determining priorities and able to hit deadlines under pressure; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
