This job will cover a variety of tasks, including assisting with a confidential new documentary shooting now and digitizing multi-formats to create an extended version of one of our hit documentaries, and media archive organization. You will be staffed for a handful of months with the possibility of the duration extending.

We are looking for a long-term candidate who can commit themselves until post-production is finished.

Job tasks include:

⁃Working with AVID to Ingest footage, transcode, sync/multi-cam string-outs & selects

Job Description
Finance news brand is seeking an experienced video editor to edit engaging, informative and timely video features, recurring series episodes and in-depth interviews. The video editor will regularly work on segments ranging from eight to 10 minutes with opportunities to expand stories to 25 minutes for OTT platforms.

These originals will be expected to capture viewers' attention through their sharp perspective, approachable style, and clear relevance to the biggest investments and financial questions investors face. You will help spearhead execution across a range of programming formats.
