Overview & Responsibilities: The *** Sports Social *** team creates and distributes all content posted from *** Sports, *** Sports Network, and *** Sports Digital's social *** channels. In a sports *** landscape that's cluttered with noise, we take pride in building creative concepts that cut through with our audience and represent the values of our brand.
The Sr. Social *** Marketing Producer will play a key role in promoting *** Sports' priorities on the brand's social channels. Whether driving tune-in for games on *** / *** Sports Network/ *** +, signups for *** Sports.com's bracket game, or downloads of our *** Sports app, the candidate will cover a range of projects.
The senior social producer will be responsible with building schedules, creating content, and carrying out plans around major *** Sports priorities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Coordinate with Marketing and PR teams to ensure *** Sports priorities are promoted effectively across our social channels
- Set weekly schedule for @ *** Sports social team, specifically describing how we're promoting tentpole properties (i.e. *** on *** , SEC on *** , March Madness, Golf on *** , etc.)
- Lay out rough outlines for graphic designers and video editors to create marketing assets, such as graphics and social marketing videos
- Write copy and post promotional assets for social team
- Collaborate with production to ensure feature content is cleared and effectively distributed on our social accounts
- Run point on day-to-day Sales obligations for social team, coordinating with Integrated Marketing to gather campaign details and social designers to create assets
- Work hand-in-hand with the PR team to generate complementary video and graphics for major announcements
- Maintain master spreadsheet tracking social analytics around *** Sports tentpole properties
- Cover live studio shows on *** and *** Sports Network when necessary
Basic Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in a social *** marketing role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passion for all sports
- Familiarity with posting to Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook
- Willingness to work on Sunday mornings during the *** season
- Ability to work under fast turnaround times
- Degree qualification for Communications, Marketing, Digital *** , or equivalent
Additional Qualifications: - Copywriting experience
- Exceptional writing ability and a strong understanding of English grammar
