The Brand Marketing group is responsible for honing and deploying our unique brand voice across marketing initiatives supporting our series, brand, DEI initiatives, digital platforms, emerging *** , and more. This Manager plays a critical role in our approach to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and how we bring these core values to everything we do.
The ideal candidate is passionate about brand marketing and social impact and can clearly articulate how great brands break through and resonate with consumers. Candidates should have experience crafting and applying brand definition and architecture, and defining and implementing brand-building campaigns.

This role reports to the Director, Brand Marketing & Strategy, working from either the NYC or LA office 2 days a week (3 days remote).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Further develop, define, and implement our evergreen DEI strategy to kids, caregivers, educators and trade.
- Manage campaign execution for DEI initiatives and assigned Brand campaigns; coordinate and flesh out tactics with *** , Public Affairs, Creative, Social *** , etc.
- Partner in the development of creative and *** briefs to instigate and inspire creative and *** teams (both internal and third-party agencies). Manage day-to-day communication with partner agencies and coordinate work across internal & external partners in planning Brand focused campaigns
- Support strategy for *** Brand development and deployment across all lines of business. Ensure our Brand is clearly articulated, accurately reflected and streamlined across all platforms
- Champion the *** Brandinspiring and i *** uencing brand communications across all platforms (including social, digital, linear, and more)
- Offer analysis, marketing implications, and impactful recommendations through insights gained via research, data, trends, agency partnerships, previous campaigns, etc. Establish recaps and optimization plans during and post-campaign; communicate findings to the larger team
- Work with Project Management on the fulfillment of creative work orders- ensure the right assets are crafted and delivered on schedule; coordinate and synthesize feedback across Brand team
- Stay up to date on trends and insights that affect our key audiences. Identify ways to keep *** top of mind in culture and infuse those insights into our marketing and communications strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive the development of emerging *** platforms and ensure new initiatives deliver the *** Brand (e.g. experiences/festivals, metaverse gaming, streaming platforms, etc.)
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years experience in consumer strategy, multicultural marketing, digital *** , or public affairs
- Strong understanding of the entertainment industry as well as social and digital marketing landscape
- Working knowledge of Microsoft-based & Google-office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slides, etc.
Additional Qualifications: - Passionate about kids & family entertainment, the *** brand, and our incredible opportunity to entertain, excite and empower our audiences. Previous experience marketing to kids and caregivers is a plus.

- Proven expertise in marketing and first-hand knowledge of *** and working with marketing agencies
- Ability to collaborate and build partnerships across business functions- particularly (but not limited to) Creative, Public Affairs and Research teams in a time-sensitive, fast paced environment
- Proven self-starter with a positive outlook and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to understand, prioritize and articulate high-level, campaign, and tactical strategy
- Effective and i *** uential storytelling, writing, and presentation skills - and can evangelize the *** Brand to partners
- Emerging platform strategy and/or marketing experience a plus!
