Position Summary: We are searching for a highly organized, strategic, and ambitious Senior Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role will focus on the post-sale management and execution of integrated marketing programs for key advertisers; spanning everything from in-person live events, branded integrations within popular podcasts, on-platform custom content, music experiences, and more.
With a reach of 150 million listeners, SXM *** gives brands, creators and publishers access to the largest digital audio advertising platform in North America. With our sales organization spanning across *** , Pandora and Stitcher - as well as our advertising partnership with SoundCloud - we are looking for someone who is eager to jump right in. This role will continuously be exposed to new & exciting opportunities across our various platforms, with podcast branded content and events as a key area of focus for this position.
The right individual will lead every aspect of program execution for some of our most complex and high-profile co-branded marketing programs from kick-off, to creative development, to launch. You will be responsible for keeping all internal and external stakeholders on-track and on-time with their tasks and deliverables; including Sales, Production, Talent Relations, Legal and external Client & Agency partners. You will also support the sales team by providing white-glove client ser *** throughout the duration of the campaign. Collaboration is the foundation of our workforce, and we're looking for smart individuals who are self-motivated problem solvers. As the lead conductor of these programs, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of innovative programming and experiences that not only meet brand objectives, but are equally loved by consumers.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day account management as the primary POC and driver for client marketing programs (experiential, podcasts, and digital) both internally and externally
- Keep track of program development and communicate to all stakeholders to ensure visibility throughout the program lifecycle during the execution & launch phase
- Oversee and manage program activation plans, timelines and implementation from start to finish
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure best-in-class work and output for our clients
- Manage partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all program components and logistics
- Help troubleshoot co *** icts in terms of priorities and tasks, resources and/or requirements
- Commit to producing the highest standard of work for client and internal projects
- Travel when required - we produce projects and events across the country and as a result, up to 20% travel should be expected
Supervisory Responsibilities:- There are no supervisory responsibilities in this role
Minimum Qualifications: • BA or BS degree with a minimum of 7 years of Project Management and/or Account Management experience within the advertising space, working on podcast, experiential and digital programs - Podcast experience preferred
Requirements and General Skills:- Experience managing complex cross-platform marketing/advertising programs with the ability to think both strategically and tactically from concept through execution
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks
- Proven success in client relationship development, management, retention and growth
- Previous experience working with production teams, experiential teams, creative partners and activation teams.
- Knowledge and/or prior working experience with podcast hosts & production companies a major plus
- Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client across multiple offices and regions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and comfortable being on the front lines with first-to-market programs
- Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Comfortable creating client-facing materials and presenting to clients and agency partners
- Solid understanding of social *** tools and digital *** platforms
- Professional, problem-solving attitude and strong leadership skills
- Love of music & pop culture!
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $103,000 to $144,500. and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
