Responsibilities:- Booking crew, editors and other freelancers.
- Managing edit schedules
- Producing production schedules and call sheets
- Organising travel arrangements and accommodation for cast, crew and production executives
- Dealing with accounts, invoicing and expenses
- Hiring studio facilities and equipment
- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
- Responsible for setting new freelancers up for success when they arrive
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Typing, editing, copying and distributing scripts
- Attending shoots
You have these:- Experience as Production Coordinator or a passion for the industry
- Knowledge of terminology will be appreciated
- Computer savvy
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
- Able to manage complex and competing deadlines
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving
- A team player with great communication skills

Pay Range Details: $60,000 USD - $65,000 USD
